'Feud' hit & run horror

A MAN has been seriously injured overnight in what is suspected to be a feud-related hit-and-run incident among members of the Roma community in a seaside town.

The horror incident unfolded in Balbriggan, north Co Dublin last night when it’s understood a male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Railway Street. The vehicle failed to remain at the scene.

Shortly afterwards a black BMW 3 Series was rammed close to Balbriggan Garda Station on Drogheda Road at around 9pm.
