CLIFFORD NOW INJURY WORRY FOR KINGDOM

KERRY manager Jack O'Connor is concerned about a potential injury crisis for his squad.

With midfielder Diarmuid O'Connor already on the treatment table, Paudie Clifford, Paul Geaney and Barry Dan O'Sullivan have been added to the list of walking wounded.

All three players were forced off before the second half had even begun against Cork at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Still, the Kingdom responded strongly with a third-quarter surge to subdue the Rebels’ threat.

"Barry Dan looked to have hurt his knee. I think Paul's is a shoulder injury. Paudie is something to do with a hamstring, or something like that," said O'Connor (inset).
