Heimir backs Ireland to shut down Hungary's Kop danger man Dom

IRELAND'S players are under orders not to give Liverpool's Dominike Szoboszlai another licence to thrill on Saturday.

The Reds ace landed the first title blow of the Premier League season when he shot down arch rivals Arsenal on Sunday.

Szoboszlai — used as a makeshift right-back — scored a stunning 32-yard free kick to bag the win at Anfield.

Szoboszlai — and new Liverpool teammate Milos Kerkez - will be Hungary's star attraction in the opening World Cup qualifier at Aviva Stadium.

Threats

Ireland's preparations are ramping up in Dublin but manager Heimir Hallgrimsson warned how Szoboszlai could repeat his heroics if allowed.

"We shouldn't give away dead-ball situations in dangerous spaces," he said last night when asked about the Liverpool ace.
