MERINO CERTAIN GUNNERS WILL WIN IN PARIS USING BERNABEU VICTORY AS SPRINGBOARD

IF Arsenal play as good a game as Mikel Merino talks, they will not have a problem in Paris next week.

Against an impressive Paris Saint-Germain side that won more plaudits for its display at the Emirates, the Gunners are now facing a big challenge to reach the Champions League final.

But Merino is convinced Arsenal WILL win in the French capital and that the two teams were only separated by the finest of margins in the first leg.

The Spanish midfielder explains: "I think you have seen a team that can compete against a huge side like Paris.

"I don't know if you have seen Paris in the whole season but they are a really dominant team, they want to keep everybody in their own box and we managed to play a lot. We created big chances.
