UNAI EMERY insists he does not need to use Aston Villa's poor record against Manchester United in the Premier League as extra motivation for his players.

Sitting just three points behind league leaders Arsenal, Emery's side have won 15 of their last 17 matches, including nine consecutive victories.

By winning 3-2 at West Ham last weekend (Morgan Rogers, below), Villa set a club record for successive Premier League wins and are now aiming for their 22nd home win of the calendar year in their 26th and final home game of 2025.
