POLICE hunting Madeleine McCann have been given another £108,000 (€210k) of British government money towards their investigation.

They have so far received over £13million in the 18-year probe into her disappearance from a Portuguese holiday apartment.

Last year the Home Office gave the Metropolitan Police £100,000 for Operation Grange - the unit tasked with hunting Maddie. Now it is understood a further £108,000 has been approved.
