LEARN TO PASS THE STRESS TEST

WRITE down a quick plan of what you're going to do and only focus on the subject(s) you have on the following day.

Go over key information on each topic using flashcards, past papers and marking schemes or revision books.

Do not waste time reading over long paragraphs in textbooks or notes. Focus on what is likely to appear on your exam.

A lot of students tend to stay up really late the night before an exam, desperately trying to cram every last piece of information they can.

Sleep is crucial for concentration and productivity, so try to get seven hours sleep minimum the night before an exam.

Go to bed early and try to get the last few notes into your head the next morning when you're more refreshed.

Go into each day's exam with a clear timing plan. What you eat around exam time can really make a difference on how you feel and function. It's important you have full, balanced meals every day.

There are a lot of drinks that can affect your exam performance. Take regular sips of water. Dehydration can affect your concentration levels.

Stress and anxiety during exam time is normal but they shouldn't cause extreme levels of it.

Take a short break from studying and try to incorporate some calming practices into your day, for example:
