It's gut to talk

Diet expert on how learning about microbiome health can quickly help you shed the pounds...
WEIGHT-LOSS supremo Fiona Gratzer says “diet” should not be a dirty word - and insists healthy eating is better than quick-fix skinny jabs.
Fiona — boss of Unislim, Ireland's longest-running weight management club - used the word in the title of her new book, The 30-Day Diet, which promises results in just a month.
It’s filled with gut-friendly recipes and tips that naturally improve digestion and boost metabolism.
Some delicious recipes - for around 500 calories and under - include Spicy Spanish Tortillas, Tasty Meatballs with Greek Salad, Sicilian Style Shrimp Spaghetti and Griddled Piri-Piri Chicken, which she has shared here.
She purposely included the “D” word in the title, to remove the negative association with it.
The title also promises to help people “lose weight” which is another taboo now, despite being much needed in a world of high obesity rates.
"Diet has been a dirty word for years,” she told the Irish Mirror. “That's why I wanted to put the word diet in the book, because your diet is everything that we eat.
CELERY
“It isn't about sitting in the corner eating celery.
“Now, the word diet has a bad rap, but I'm not asking people to go on a diet, I'm asking them to add food to their diet so they can be healthier.
