ELITE RACES £2M BOOST
Irish Daily Mirror
|August 07, 2025
THE BHA is to pump more than £2 million into Britain's top summer Flat races next year.
The July Cup, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes, Sussex Stakes and Juddmonte International will be the main beneficiaries.
Each race will be boosted by at least £200,000 with the goal of making the four elite races more attractive for domestic and international runners, in a period when they are most likely to travel.
