Ukrainian special forces take out 'war funding' oil refinery

UKRAINE'S Deep Strike special forces unit has dealt another major blow to tyrant Vladimir Putin by blowing up one of Russia's largest oil refineries.

The Kyiv military's covert team hit the Volgograd oil refinery, one of the country's largest and most lucrative energy plants, as well as striking a major Moscow power plant.

Operated by energy giant Lukoil, the refinery has come under repeated attack this year. The last strike in September forced a temporary shutdown, costing millions.
