CUALA PAY €2M TO BUY BECTIVE RANGERS SITE

CUALA GAA club have paid Bective Rangers rugby club €2m for a six-acre site on Glenamuck Road, Carrickmines.

Despite being dual All-Ireland football and hurling champions, the Dalkey-based club have never owned a site of their own, renting from private sources and local authorities.

Bective Rangers are based at Energia Stadium, Donnybrook where they share facilities with Old Wesley.
