MMRDA's mobilisation policy increases labour strength at Metro work sites

MMRDA labour mobilisation policy, Metro Line 2B construction update, Metro Line 4 labour strength, Metro Line 4A progress, Officials said prior to the policy initiative, several Metro building packages were reporting either flat or falling labour figures.
The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has claimed that the labour strength during the last two weeks at the under construction sections of Metro Lines 2B, 4, 4A and 9 has seen an increase of 17 per cent to 37 per cent. Earlier, there had been shortage of manpower at these worksites. The MMRDA had subsequently launched a manpower mobilisation policy.
