RUBEN Selles remains determined to keep Hull City in the Championship after Saturday's disastrous defeat to Derby County.
That 1-0 loss, courtesy of Nat Phillips’ 84th-minute header, leaves City inside the bottom three with one game left, but victory at Portsmouth on Saturday would see the Tigers survive.
A City win would relegate one of Luton Town, Preston, Derby or Stoke instead.
Defeat, and City are relegated to League One, joining Cardiff who were sent down on Saturday.
Plymouth are all but down because of their vastly inferior goal difference.
A point would be enough for City, if either Luton or Preston lose because of the Tigers’ better goal difference.
