Hull KR are on the brink of a domestic double. For most, perhaps all Rovers fans, times have never been so good.

That glorious weekend in June will be remembered for ever. Rovers and their supporters might have more weekends to remember pretty soon, starting with this one coming in Wakefield.

Around 2,000 Robins will fly the nest and migrate temporarily to West Yorkshire today as Willie Peters' side looks to secure the League Leaders' Shield for the first time in the Super League era.

The narrative around Hull KR is different now.

They don't need this trophy. But they want it. That makes them a different proposition to before.
