Netherton's emotional message after Robins' exit

JASON Netherton has shared an emotional message after confirming he has left his role as Hull KR’s academy head coach.

Netherton has spent the last 20 years with the club, joining as a player in 2004 before transitioning into the coaching staff post-retirement.

The Hull native, 43, made close to 200 appearances for the Robins across 10 years, having started his career originally with Leeds Rhinos and making his professional debut in 2001. He retired in 2014, cementing himself as one of the club's finest servants.
