City get surprise boost as players return to training

THERE was a welcome sight at Hull City's training ground this week as the team gathered under new manager Sergej Jakirovic to begin preseason training.

With a focus on ball work as much as anything else in the early days of preseason, getting away from simply running and fitness has provided an opportunity for Liam Millar to make a return to the City fold for the first time since October last year.
