SPECULATION linking Nathan Cleary with a potential shock move to Warrington Wolves has been shut down by head coach Sam Burgess, who insists it's all just “pub talk”.

The Penrith Panthers and Australia halfback will be free to speak to rival clubs from November 1, with his current deal running until the end of 2027.
That has fuelled widespread speculation, with Cleary linked to rival NRL clubs, rugby union, and the incoming PNG Chiefs franchise, set to join the competition from 2028.
