Apartments plan for Prospect House

THE high-rise office block above the Prospect Centre is set to become 45 apartments after plans were approved by Hull City Council.

In 2019 an application to turn the building into 58 apartments was approved by the council, but the plans never came to fruition.
The building was acquired by a new owner in early 2024 who then submitted a separate planning application in the April of that year, proposing to turn the building into 45 apartments. It was later approved subject to a number of conditions.
