BENGALURU: The Karnataka chief electoral officer (CEO) on Sunday issued a formal notice to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, asking him to share documentary evidence based on which he had alleged at a press conference that a woman voted twice during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
