The Enforcement Directorate has filed a charge sheet against Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain and 13 others in connection with a money laundering probe into alleged irregularities in awarding tenders for the augmentation and upgrade of sewage treatment plants of the Delhi Jal Board, the agency said on Monday.
