LUCKNOW: A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed in the registry section of the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Friday, seeking directives to appoint a chairman and members to the Uttar Pradesh Minority Commission, as these posts have been vacant since last year.
The PIL petition is likely to come up for hearing next week.
