A government primary school teacher, who was engaged in the special intensive (SIR) of electoral rolls in Gujarat as a booth level officer (BLO), allegedly died by suicide on Friday in Gir Somnath district, with the deceased's family alleging that he took the extreme step because of the work pressure linked to the ongoing exercise.
