Pilot Hits Out at CM: 'Could Have Asked for 20L Jobs From PM Modi'

All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary Sachin Pilot on Friday hit out at chief minister Nitish Kumar for eroding confidence of the youth on job recruitment process and said he (Kumar) would have asked for 20 lakh jobs for the youths in lieu of supporting the Narendra Modi dispensation after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Pilot was talking to media persons after participating in the final lap of 'Palayan Roko Naukri Do' Padyatra (foot march) at Patna. Led by national in-charge of NSUI, Kanhaiya Kumar, the foot march was launched from Bhitiharwa Gandhi Ashram in West Champaran on March 16. Head of the social media department, AICC, Supriya Shrinate and national presidents of Indian Youth Congress, Uday Bhanu Chib, and NSUI's Varun Chaudhary also shared the dais with Pilot.
