An HC advocate close to the matter said, "The order came in the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. Court allowing the petition, cancelled the bail of the former principal of a private reputed high school and directed the trial court to take all the coercive steps for his apprehension for facing the trial," the advocate said.

Petitioner's advocate Khushboo Kataruka said, "The order passed on June 20 was uploaded on Tuesday on Jharkhand High Court's website."

"Accused started harassing the victim after the court granted him bail in the molestation case. Finding no way out, her petition was filed before the HC for cancellation of bail," she said.
