Cong attacks govt over failure to ensure welfare

Rajasthan Congress president Govind Singh Dotasra slammed the BJP-led government on Thursday, accusing it of failing to deliver any welfare schemes for the public in over a year.

Addressing the media at the party office in Jaipur on Thursday, Dotasra said that the BJP has not introduced any new welfare scheme and has instead focused on stoking confusion, insulting Congress leaders, and weakening the democratic institutions.

"The BJP government has been in power for a year and a quarter, and they have not worked for the welfare of the people. They haven't launched a single scheme for the public. Their only focus seems to be spreading confusion, insulting Congress, and weakening democratic institutions. They are systematically undermining democracy, which has become part of their agenda," said Dotasra.
