Delhi HC Seeks NIA Response on Rashid's Plea for Parl Attendance

The Delhi high court on Thursday asked the National Investigation Agency (NIA) if it is willing to release Jammu and Kashmir parliamentarian Engineer Rashid on custody parole so that he can attend Parliament's ongoing budget session.
NEW DELHI:
The first part of the Budget session of the Parliament began on January 31 and is set to conclude on February 13. The second part of the session will commence on March 10 and conclude on April 4.
