BHOPAL/JABALPUR: Outgoing Madhya Pradesh high court judge Justice Duppala Venkata Ramana on Tuesday said that his transfer from the Andhra Pradesh high court to the Madhya Pradesh high court in 2023 was issued with "ill intention to harass" him.
In a 10-minute speech during his farewell function organised by the bar association of the Madhya Pradesh high court in Indore, Justice Ramana said he was "subjected to conspiratorial scrutiny" because of which he and his family "suffered in silence".
