Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday hailed the Constitution as a “sacred document” that guided the country’s progress and said every action should strengthen the document and further national goals and interests.
He also said it was the Constitution that had given several others, like him, the “power to dream and the strength to work towards it.”
