'Yet to get pre-filled forms from BLOs'

We are yet to get the pre-filled forms from booth-level officers (BLOs), said Rohit Kumar, a resident of R Block of western Patna, as the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar gains momentum ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in the state.

In several places, electors alleged that the booth-level officers (BLOs) have not visited their houses to provide the pre-filled enumeration forms. Besides, the 2003 electoral rolls have not been of much help to electors as the majority of the voters do not remember in which booth they had voted that year.
