Puducherry Police on Tuesday denied permission for actor-politician Vijay's planned roadshow in the union territory on December 5.

Vijay's party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), had sought approval to conduct a roadshow from Kalapet to Kannaiakoil, along with a public meeting near the Sonnampalayam water tank.
