People interested in learning sarangi, sarod or pakhawaj will receive a 100% scholarship at Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (BSV).
LUCKNOW:
This move was taken by the university after it was approved by the academic council of the university on Tuesday.
