Delhi's Third Ring Road to be Opened by Aug

The six-lane Urban Extension Road-2 (UER-II), planned as Delhi's third Ring Road, is set to open by August and is expected to cut travel time between Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport and parts of south-west and north-west Delhi—as well as the Haryana border—by 40-60%, officials aware of the project said.
