I wished for God to bless the inventor of noise-cancelling earphones; every minute I needed to use them while watching Pintu Ki Pappi. Trust me, there's no exaggeration here when I say—This. Film. Is. Loud. Both the sound design and the pitch of the plot are nothing short of cacophonous.
Amid the decibels of noise which threatened to rob me of my precious hearing ability, and a two-hour 15-minute runtime, there's a story that can only be described in a single sentence. The makers could have easily parted with a whole 60 minutes from the runtime to cut short the audience's misery.
