Some stories remind us just how powerful hope can be. On Thursday, an event in the Capital celebrated a milestone 600 paediatric liver transplants. A book titled Transplanting Hope, coauthored by Dr Smita Malhotra and renowned doctor and medical columnist Dr Prof Anupam Sibal, was launched to mark the occasion.
Drawing from over 26 years of experience, the book shares the journeys of 25 children from around the world who underwent lifesaving procedures. It captures the emotional battles, medical challenges, and moments of hope that define each story. The
