K’taka Police: Bagalkot arson was pre-planned

The police on Friday said the fire that destroyed sugarcane-laden vehicles in Bagalkot district was a pre-planned act of arson, carried out by miscreants who had infiltrated a farmers’ protest and used petrol to set the vehicles ablaze.
