COUNTRYSIDE Homes' popular Rochdale development, Calico Grove, is nearly complete with only a handful of homes left.
The development on Royle Road, located close to Rochdale town centre, has proven popular with homebuyers seeking a balance between suburban living and city centre accessibility.
Countryside Homes, part of Vistry, now has just three homes left at Calico Grove with prices starting at £349,995.
The final properties are a collection of three and four-bedroom homes, all featuring Countryside's signature light and bright design, with French doors, skylight windows and open-plan living spaces.
House types include the three-bedroom New Ashbourne and the four-bedroom Coniston.
