Cyclist nabbed with £10k of drugs

A cyclist was caught redhanded in a £10,000 cannabis handover in Blantyre.
Adeel Arshad had nearly 1kg of the drug in a backpack, Hamilton Sheriff Court heard this week.
Arshad, 33, of Henderson Avenue, Cambuslang, admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply others in Winton Crescent and elsewhere between May 14 and 30, 2024.
