His Highness Sheikh MohammedBin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said, “Today I received a report from a mysterious shopper's reports one of which was from Customer Service Centre for Vehicle Inspection and Registration in Al Qusais.” Sheikh Mohammed said on X that “we found that one of the employees of the service centre, Yousef Mohammed Abdullah, is a very hardworking man.”

Sheikh Mohammed said the secret shopper assured us that Abdullah was providing the service with compassion.
