Sheikh Mohamed concludes fraternal visit to Cairo

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has departed from New Alamein City at the conclusion of a fraternal visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Bidding farewell to His Highness at El Alamein International Airport was Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
During breakfast at 07:00 am on Wednesday morning, the two leaders discussed the longstanding ties of friendship between the UAE and Egypt and explored opportunities to further enhance relations for the benefit of both countries and their peoples.
Earlier this year, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed met in Cairo with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt to discuss the fraternal relations between their two countries and ways to deepen cooperation across various sectors.
The talks focused on developmental, economic, and investment fields to serve shared interests and meet the aspirations of their peoples for further progress and prosperity.
During the meeting, both leaders affirmed their commitment to strengthening the close ties between the UAE and Egypt while advancing cooperation across all fields.
President El-Sisi later hosted an Iftar banquet in honour of His Highness and the accompanying delegation.
