No harm in contacting establishment, says PTI leader

Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the National Assembly Chairman Junaid Akbar has admitted that his party is in contact with the military establishment.
"If the State takes one step towards reconciliation, the PTI would take two steps," he told reporters. "We are not ashamed of being in contact with institutions. These are our own institutions."
Akbar stated that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the leader of one generation and yet he could not be erased despite his execution. "PTI founder Imran Khanis, however, a leader of three generations. How will you erase him then?" he asked.
