Khorfakkan ring road partial closure announced

Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) has announced a partial closure of the ring road linking Wadi Washi Square and Khorfakkan Square in Al Bat’ha 3 area of Khorfakkan.
This closure, which is part of SRTA’s ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of the emirate’s road network, began on Thursday and will continue until Friday, May 30, 2025.
The closure is part of a comprehensive development plan aimed at improving traffic flow and enhancing road safety, the SRTA said in a post on its social media platforms.
The exact location of the closure is identified as shown in the attached map, where the closed areas appear in red and alternative routes in yellow to ease traffic flow during the closure period, it said.
