Dubai Police arrest biker for reckless driving

Dubai Police arrested a reckless young man who appeared in a video posted on social media riding his motorcycle at breakneck speed, recklessly overtaking vehicles and performing dangerous stunts that constituted a blatant violation of traffic laws and posed a direct threat to his life and the lives of others.

Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Acting Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations Affairs at Dubai Police, stated that the team responsible for monitoring serious violations successfully tracked the young man after two video clips were posted on social media showing him riding two different motorcycles at high speed at two separate times.

In one of the videos, he was seen speeding and swerving dangerously between vehicles, while in the other, he was seen driving without using the handlebars in a blatant disregard for traffic rules and safety of road users.
