Dubai Mallathon to mark Emirati Women's Day

Dubai Sports Council will mark Emirati Women's Day on August 27 by organizing a walk and run at Dubai Mall as part of the ‘Dubai Mallathon’ initiative, launched under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

The Dubai Sports Council has invited women of all nationalities, ages and fitness levels to take part in this initiative held in celebration of Emirati Women’s Day.
The occasion is organized under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Nation,” Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, Chairwoman of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, under the theme “Hand in Hand, Celebrating 50 years” marking the 50th anniversary of the General Women’s Union.
