Dubai Court rules land to be auctioned in family dispute

Dubai Real Estate Court has issued a ruling to sell a 2,402 square metre plot of land, valued at Dhs16,806,377, through a public auction.
The auction's initial phase will allow co-owners to bid, with the sale proceeds to be distributed among them according to their respective shares.
The case dates back to when a Gulf woman filed a lawsuit requesting the land be sold at auction and the proceeds divided between her and her six siblings.
