ADIBF strengthens UAE position as a hub for creativity: Nahyan

Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, visited the 2025 edition of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair (ADIBF), held under the patronage of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from April 26 to May 5.

During his tour, Sheikh Nahyan visited a number of prominent cultural pavilions, including the UAE Pavilion, which showcases the nation's literary heritage and the contributions of Emirati writers to the broader Arab cultural scene.

He emphasised the fair's pivotal role in strengthening the UAE's position as a global beacon of culture, knowledge, and a hub for Arab and international creativity.

He also explored diverse cultural exhibits, including the National Library of the UAE and the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre.

He praised the richness of knowledge on display, which reflects a spirit of intercultural dialogue and promotes the values of coexistence and tolerance.

He also commended the fair's integrated cultural program that supports the growth of the publishing sector and the creative industries.
