Delivery platform also plans liquidity provider, seeks nod for $421m dividend

Talabat Holding PLC has proposed a share buyback programme of up to 5 per cent of its issued share capital, as the Dubai-listed delivery platform moves to return additional value to shareholders.

The company said the buyback would be executed over a period of up to two years, subject to shareholder approval. If approved, purchases will be carried out through open-market transactions on the Dubai Financial Market in line with regulatory requirements.
