Sales span 120 areas across the emirate, reflecting depth of investment base

Sharjah's property sector is no longer defined by affordability

Sharjah’s real estate sector has sustained powerful momentum through 2025, underlining its position as one of the UAE’s fastest-growing property markets.

According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, total real estate transactions in October reached Dh7 billion, marking a 54.1 per cent increase compared to the same month last year.

The department recorded 12,539 transactions during the month, covering approximately 15.3 million square feet in traded sales area. Sales activity alone reached 1,964 transactions, accounting for 15.7 per cent of the total, confirming ongoing demand for real estate assets across all categories.
