Luxury homes sell like hot cakes as global buyers flock to Abu Dhabi

Sales of properties worth over Dh7m drew Dh6.3b in first four months of 2025

Abu Dhabi’s high-end real estate market is having a breakout year in 2025, now emerging as a major player in the region’s luxury property space — and the numbers are telling.

In just the first four months of the year, sales of properties worth Dh7 million and above hit Dh6.3 billion, according to data from Metropolitan Capital Real Estate (MCRE).

More than half of those deals were in the super-luxury Dh10 million-plus bracket, underscoring a growing appetite for upscale homes.
