His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced the establishment of the National Investment Fund with an initial capital of Dh36.7 billion, subject to increase and review.

The Vice-President made the announcement during a Cabinet meeting held at the Dubai Airshow yesterday.
