Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has approved a $150 billion capital expenditure plan for 2026-2030, confirming one of its largest forward investment programmes as the company accelerates domestic and international growth. The decision came during the annual meeting of Adnoc's Board of Directors, chaired by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, held at the Habshan gas-processing complex.
